It's not often that I single out the services of well woman professionals - but this one really caught my eye and the thought of "where were YOU when I had my babies??" sprang into my sleep deprived mind.
Frances Russell-Brett is a Maternity Nanny - She offers a valuable service that helps (and saves!) a mother in the first 3 months of the newborns life.
It is a 24 hour 6 day a week position, where she assists the mother in all avenues as well as taking care of the baby.
"I have a passion for nurturing, nourishing and educating young children. Through my experience as a doula and subsequently maternity nannying, I’ve realised that newborn infants, babies and assisting their mothers are where my true enthusiasm lies.
