Terms and conditions

• No advertising without full payment and proof thereof via written transfer confirmation.
• Please fax / email proof of payment to 0865544361 or vicky@birthworks.co.za.
• Once proof of payment has been received, placement of your complete advertisement will occur at the start of designated and agreed to calendar month.
• Please supply us with your banner and URL. Sizes are stipulated above.
• Final material deadline is 14 working days before the end of the calendar month prior to live listing.
• Our banking details are: ABSA bank; Branch code 632005, Longbeach Mall, account name - K Clark, account number, 9199869859
• Any changes to advertisements are to be noted in writing to the owners of Birthworks.
• One month is regarded as one calendar month.
• We will endeavour to publish the newsletter by the first Tuesday of each quarter month.
• The Birthworks owners reserve the right to remove any advertisement at any time due to non payment. Re-listing will result in full fee payment and a 10% handling fee.
• The Birthworks owners reserve the right to refuse any advertisement at any time, without explanation.
• The Birthworks owners are not liable for any interruption of any kind or any failure of any kind of www.birthworks.co.za at any time beyond our reasonable control.
• Payments will not be refunded.
